Gym tracking
without the friction
Tell us what you did. We handle the rest. Type or speak your workout however you want — Lift understands it.
You type:
bench 100kg 4x8, last set stopped at 6
squat 120. 3 series muy pesado
Lift parses:
The problem
Every gym app makes logging a chore
You came back from the gym feeling good. Then you open the app and spend the next three minutes filling out forms. Most people quit within a month — not because they stopped going to the gym, but because the tracking became more work than it was worth.
What every other app asks you to do, every single session:
"I downloaded six different apps over the past two years. Used each one for about a week, then gave up. The actual lifting was fine — it was the logging that killed me."
Our approach
The app adapts to you, not the other way around
Lift is built on one idea: the way you naturally talk about your workout — messy, shorthand, multilingual — is exactly how you should be able to log it.
Talk or type, however you want
No dropdowns. No search. No form fields. Speak or write your workout in any order, any language, with any shorthand you've developed over years of training.
AI that reads between the lines
"100kg 4x8, last set stopped at 6" and "100 kilos, cuatro series" mean the same thing. Lift handles uncertainty markers, inline notes, partial reps, and missing info without asking you to clarify.
Confirm, done
After parsing, you see exactly what was captured. Fix anything in a tap. Confirm. That's the entire flow — typically under 20 seconds from open to done.
Progress that actually shows up
Volume trends, streaks, weekly frequency. The data is there when you want it. It answers the only question that matters: am I actually getting stronger?
Early users
From people who quit every other app
“I've tried Strong, Hevy, MyFitnessPal — I quit all of them within two weeks. I've been using Lift every session for four months straight. Logging takes me fifteen seconds.”
Marcus T.
Goes to the gym 4x a week
“I write my notes in Spanish with my own shorthand and Lift just gets it. I've never had to translate my brain into what an app wants. It's the first one that works the way I think.”
Sofía R.
Casual lifter, 2 years
“I don't care about periodization or RPE or any of that. I just want to know if I'm lifting more than last month. Lift tells me exactly that, nothing more.”
James K.
Lifts to stay in shape
Just lift.
We'll handle the tracking.
