Using Lift

Lift is a personal gym tracking app. By using it, you agree to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Your content

You own the workout data you enter into Lift. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data in order to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service availability

We aim to keep Lift available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

Subscriptions

If Lift introduces paid features, subscription terms will be presented clearly before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.

Limitation of liability

Lift is a tracking tool, not a medical or fitness professional. We are not liable for any injury, health outcome, or other damage resulting from your use of the app. Always exercise safely.
