What we collect

Lift collects the workout data you provide — exercise names, sets, reps, weights, and notes. We also collect your email address when you create an account, and basic analytics about how the app is used (screen views, feature usage).

How we use it

Your workout data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality: storing your history, computing your progress, and displaying your stats. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers required to operate the app (Firebase, our hosting provider).

AI processing

When you log a workout using text or voice input, that input is sent to an AI model to parse it into structured data. This processing happens via Google's Gemini API through Firebase AI Logic. Your input may be used by Google in accordance with their terms of service.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud). Workout data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact us at privacy@lift-app.fit.
